I don't believe LiveBlade exists as a business anymore, but back in
August of 2003 I was lucky enough to pick up one of their Signature
Series Japanese Style blades, The Hanjiro.

The Stats :

29 inch blade
11 inch handle
Bohi
Two-tone saya ( black and mat brown; has a small dent )
Brown ito and sageo
Forge / Folded blade, I believe.
Never cut with.

While I feel the blade is a bit on the ordinary side with the look of
the less expensive swords LiveBlade used to sell, The Hanjiro's
quality is expressed in the unique fittings, saya, and professional
wrap. Sadly I do not know who did the mount and saya.

Asking Price : $ 1500 ( this includes shipping, handling, insurance,
and signature request upon delivery )

I prefer to ship within the USA. Money-order or cashier's check only.

Yes, please feel free ! Send out word around town to your friends and family, a quality
Japanese Style Sword well underneath the High Priced custom-smith swords in price,
