Here is a German executioners sword:

By the way, could anyone give me any information on these types of swords? I've seen others like this one in different auctions and they have always interested me, but I'm afraid I dont know much about them.

And Ed Toton - thanks for the translation! So that "Medieval Sword" listing is actually supposed to be a casting of St. Olaf's sword. Cool.
