This is an antique African dagger about which I know very little. Possibly from the late 19th or early 20th century. The blade has a dark patina overall, and there are some losses to the wooden hilt. The scabbard is also wood with minor loses and is splitting due to age, but is still sound. The scabbard looks as if it was once touched up with a brown marker. More photos can be seen here.
