This sword was somewhat of a salvage piece. Originally the blade that I ended up using was a blade that had been partially ground but not finished. It needed some TLC, to which, in the production end, there isn't much time for. It was layed aside and left. At least until I found it 
. It took some time and effort, but I was able to refurbish it into a sound serviceable blade. There was some minor warping which needed to be corrected (which occurs with many blades after heat treat). This blade is not perfect. It is sturdy and serviceable. The pommel and guard are Albion standard issue. The grip is dark mahogany with redish highlights. Oddly enough the small character "flaws" give it a more historical feel in my opinion. The hilt is tight and noise free. I believe the sword is an oz. or two lighter than the standard Clontarf. I'm asking $400 + 25s/h for this sword. I will consider reasonable cash offers. The pics are somewhat fuzzy for which I apologize.
