A very nice Danish War Axe made by Owen Bush with a bloomery iron body and bloomery steel edge welded on. I would say it is one of the finest Danish Axes made today.

This is a late period Danish Axe made by one of the world’s best makers with hands-on knowledge of originals and constructed of the most historically accurate materials available. It’s constructed of bloomery iron and steel derived from ore- not modern steels and not even shear steels which would be impressive itself. Its finish closely would follow what would have been seen on originals when new .
This axe is light and quick in the hand and would be the crown of any collection.
