Incidentally, I've been informed that shipping to Alaska through the U.S. Postal Service isn't noticeably more expensive than to the lower 48 states, so Alaska also gets free shipping.

If anybody from Hawaii or the various U.S. territories and possessions can tell me the same about their locations, I'll extend the same deal to them also.
