I'm selling both of these. I'll give some info about myself and then about the items. Pics will be at the end.
I don't have many posts on this forum, but I've got a stellar ebay record (under "g2knee", 100% positivie feedback.) I'll ship quickly from the Chicago area.
The Windlass Type XIV:
This sword is absolutely brand new. It's not "like new". It's literally still in the wrapper from MRL. I bought it for a buddy but it didn't work out. I'll let it go for $165 plus shipping.
The Cold Steel Pipe Hawk:
This one is lightly used. It could use a sharpening/edge touch up. The handle is sanded and treated with BLO. It's got a couple very minor dings on the handle, but it's solid with the grain very nicely aligned, parallel to the handle. The hawk head is bonded to the haft with gorilla glue to keep in in place -- I was sick of it slipping off. It's not much of a looker, but if you grind/chip away the epoxy it will clean up nice.
It comes with the sheath, so I'll sell it for $20 plus shipping.
