For sale are the two dragon-headed swords from Highlander. These are the stainless steel replicas made by Marto, and are therefore wall-hangers. The swords are both in very good condition. The scabbards both have a few small pieces of the laquer finish chipped off, but are otherwise in excellent condition. The scabbard cords have never been untied, though over the years they have come a little loose and frayed on the ends.
Connor's sword:
Blade: 27 1/2 inches
Handle: 12 inches
The scabbard is red with gold end piece. Originally these swords were supposed to have the black scabbard, but mine came with a red one for some reason.
The only issue with this sword is that some of the gold-colored plating on the hilt and scabbard end have dulled off, though in my opinion this is barely noticeable.
This sword is the "official" one available from the Highlander catalog, and so is not an exact replica of any particular movie swords.
Duncan's sword:
Blade: 27 1/2 inches
Handle: 13 inches
This is a replica of the sword used in the series and not the "official" one available through the Highlander catalog, though it is still the Marto piece.
Price for both swords is $350. This includes shipping to the continental US and Paypal fees.
