Hi Justin,
A very nice looking sword. A few questions:
Is there any metal plate on the ends of the wooden pommel or crossguard?
Is the blade peened?
What's the condition of the bone? any hairline cracking?
Is the blade sharpened?
What does it wiegh?
Thanks!
Terry

The guard and pommel are sandwiched between two inset bronze plates, the pommel is bolted and peened over, the sword weighs 1lb.14 0z., the blade is sharp, the bone grip is sounf (no cracks)

Thousands of people read these public forums. It isn't necessary to do a public announcement to notify that a private communication was made. The receiver of the message has the option to be notified via email of such messages and, optionally, have a popup dialog appear as they login. While I understand the desire for people to initiate their conversations with a PM "head's up", the need for follow-up posts for an on-going private dialog is excessive.
