I have an Albion Talhoffer with black grip and Red Triton Works Maelstrom Scabbard for sale or trade.
The sword has been used for light cutting (milk jugs, pool noodles) and has some minor scratches on the blade which should polish out fairly easy. The edges are still sharp and true; no rolled or damaged edges. Other than that the sword has some slight surface rust on the pommel from gripping it but again this should be easy to remove. There are no dints, dings, or damage. All components are tight and secure.
The sword handles fantastically. This was the sword that was used for the myArmoury review found here. http://www.myArmoury.com/review_alb_talh.html It is still in the same condition as when the original pics were taken.
The scabbard has a wood core, is lined with wool inside and is covering in red leather. The talhoffer fits perfectly into the scabbard. Very snug.
Bought new the sword costs $722 and the scabbard costs $125. A total cost of $847 w/o shipping.
I'm asking $600 Including Shipping. Will insure and track the sword and ship it in an Albion box.
I will also consider an even trade for an A&A bronze Knightly Riding Sword or an A&A Schloss Erbach.
