A civilian weapon of self-defense and personal honor, the smallsword is a much under-represented sword in the modern reproduction market. This 18th century dueling sword derives its name due to the simple factor that it is much smaller than most other sword forms. A thrusting weapon, it is light weight and can quickly be used in two-time parry-riposte actions. Del Tin has mounted the hilt with a flexible blade which can actually be suitable for fencing when combined with a plastic or rubber tip.
