For Sale: Lonely Mt. Forge Type L Viking Sword, hand forged by Joe Piela. Sword was made in 2000. Two piece steel pommel, curved steel guard, oak handle covered in sinew. Blade is 30 x 2 inches with broad central fuller, overall length is 39 inches. This is almost a hand and a half sword. Grip is 6 inches. Blunt edge and round point for re-enactment combat. Heavy piece. POB 6 inches from guard/blade join. Asking 450.00 dollars, free shipping within the continental US.
