Hello all,

Over the past two years I have embarked on a Lovino project: getting a pair of sword and dagger inspired by Lovino's manuscript. The result was a great pair of weapons by the famous Marco Danelli, which I describe in details here:

Making it real


It is not a reproduction of a specific sword, but all the elements can be traced back to Lovino's context. It is a great approximation of what Lovino's weapons could have been!

I had great fun researching everything about this project, and I have also made several articles detailing all the elements I have found. Hopefully others can find inspiration here!
