Hey all, this is a piece from my personal collection. I picked up this Valiant Irish arming sword about 2 weeks ago, and while I love the blade, the hilt just isn't doing it for me, so I'm putting it up for sale or trade. The sword is in the same condition I got it, which is brand new but with a couple of scuffs on the scabbard and belt. The grip and scabbard are light brown and the belt is antique red. The scabbard fit is pretty good, it will stay in place when held upside down but is still easy to draw. The blade is almost but not quite sharp, not sure if this is normal for Valiant swords.

Price on this is $1225 plus shipping, a slight discount because of the scuffs. I'd also be willing to trade for another higher-end arming sword of type XI or XII with a blade under 2 inches wide. A Valiant craftsman crusader, MKI or MKII, would be awesome, especially in green. Or an Atrim (plus cash depending on model). Let me know what you've got!

Here are the stats:
Overall Length: 38.5 inches
Blade Length: 30.75 inches
Blade Thickness at Base: 5.1mm
Blade Thickness near Tip: 2.5mm
Grip Length: 4.5 inches
Point of Balance: 4.25 inches
Weight: 2 lbs 4 ounces (lighter than on Valiant's site)
