Hello,

A year ago, about February 9, 2019, I placed an order for a hand-and-a-half sword (15002) with Lutel-Handicraft.com using their website (www.Lutel-Handicraft.com). Everything seemed to go well I received all the responses the website mentioned and I paid the money using Paypal.

I was expecting to receive the sword ordered in 4 to 6 months, that being the time stated on the website. After seven months had passed I attempted to contact Lutel using both their website's contact form and email sent to Info@Lutel-Handicraft.com, but I have not received any response from them. The first message was in English, but the second was in Google translated Czech.

I realise that things can take longer than stated on websites. However after a year of hearing nothing from Lutel I am concerned about the money I paid out.

Can anyone here tell me if this is normal for Lutel? Should I continue to wait, or are there other methods I could use to contact them. I have not attempted to phone Lutel since the website says that is for Czech speakers only, and because I have never used Facebook I have not tried using that to contact them.

Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received.
