Hello!
Ages ago I purchased an Albion Mainz gladius bare blade and had it polished up.
We have simply never had the time to fabricate a hilt for it, and if anyone's willing to take on the job I'd love to get it out of the basement junk pile and into the library. 
I'm looking for something similar to the "Augustus" model - I can even provide some parts - I was thinking something like English walnut for the hilt pieces and either Judean olive wood or camel bone for the grip to represent the expanse of the Empire would be a nice touch. I might also be interested in a scabbard or scabbard core for the right price.
Anyone interested?
