I am looking for a handmade reproduction early type Scottish dirk, preferably with the Celtic knot patterns on the handle, and a round, flat butt plate or butt cap. I would also like to know the maker and if possible the type of steel and wood used in the blade and handle. I am not interested in a dirk with any stones set in the handle, or with a knife and fork. Please contact me if you have anything like this that you would be willing to sell or trade.
