Well it is time to say good bye to an old friend. I have this Barta sword that I have had for many years, The sword is very excellent, but the scabbard also made by Patric is showing its age. Several years back I added the chape and the binding, as you can see there is some wear. It was mostly covered by the belt, but you can see it in the photo along with some other small areas.
Sword is about 3.7 pounds, but feels much lighter in the hand, I guess that is part of his magic with blades. Just over 30 inch blade

I still have the sword by Petr and the Lang sax with the Owen Bush blade.
For this one $2450 shipped in the US, in a gun case.
I get many offers for trade, but I am moving, near 70 and it is time to find new homes for my collection.
But I would like one Migration sword of about the same used value to keep. The only other trade I could use is a mint condition Breitling Montbrillant. Just thought I would throw that out there.
