For Sale: Irish Hand-and-a-Half Sword (Museum Replicas/Windlass)
Discontinued sword model made by Windlass Steelcrafts with the leather scabbard.
The hilt is Irish, with the flaring "S" guard and Irish ring for the pommel.
According to the official material descriptions, "the hilt that surrounds the well-tempered high carbon steel blade is steel and the grip is wood, covered with leather. Overall length: 45.5"; Blade length: 34.5"; Blade width: 1.75"; Weight: 3 lbs."
Original Product #1308.
There is some wear and tear (visible in the closeup photos):
- on the edge of the ring hilt
- on the edge of the "S" guard
- on the very tip of the blade (scratches on the surface)
Asking for $200 since it has been very lightly used and is a quite solid sword replica but make an offer, this is negotiable (as are most things in life).
Note: This will be my first time trying to ship something like this so I have no idea what the cost for that will be, but since the point of this unfortunately is to raise funds to pay bills, I can't ship it for free, so buyer will need to decide how they want it shipped, we'll try to estimate that then price it out and then add that on.
