I have this fairly rare SUTTON HOO HELMET AH2155 by CAS HANWEI
that has never been out of the closed shipping container, until the photos today.
The only one I can find on the internet is at NobleWares for $649.
This is as new as it can be. I though I would try my favorite forum before ebay.
The downside: The display stand has been damaged in shipment as shown. Needs a little paint. When displayed with the cloth liner, the damage is totally hidden. Good thing I opened for photos instead of using stock ones.
It will have very minerr tarnish, but cleans easily. I have my other one on display and never clean it as it looks better that way.
$499 shipped to the lower 48 states. Price will not be less on this forum.
I except checks, held until cleared or Postal Money Order. I hate PayPal but will except funds if you want to send fee paid.
So I hope it finds a good home.
