I have for sale a British Pattern 1796 Heavy Cavalry Trooper's Sword made by Woolley, Deakin & Co.. The grip has been replaced as can be seen in the hilt photo. The sword is in good condition with only minor pitting. The blade's point is midway between a hatchet and a spear point. The knuckle guard has regimental markings, possibly those of one of Britain's allies as they don't resemble British markings. The scabbard is that of a French Model AnXI, which I understand is rather rare. The two have been together for quite a long time as the throat of the AnXI scabbard has been modified to take the langets on the P1796 HC sword.
$1600.00 plus. $30 shipping CONUS. At this point in time I am only selling to US buyers for purposes of expediency. Paypal (add 4%) and money orders accepted.
