This listing is marked SOLD and is no longer available
Folks,
I'm offering for sale an Arms & Armor #069 Smallsword (as seen on their site and as reviewed here). As the review indicates, it handles beautifully. It is in excellent condition. This example, as is typical, is fitted with a Zen Warrior Armory musketeer blade ground to an acute but not needle-sharp point, suitable for re-enactment. There is one nick on it, visible in the photo below; I believe this to be the result of straightening the somewhat oddly shaped ZWA blade (their fortes have a funny curve to them, probably the result of modifying epee tooling to make musketeer blades). I bought this from another forum member, but it was several years ago and I'm afraid I don't remember whom. Since I've had it, it has never been used or displayed; I've stored it oiled and wrapped. It does not have a proper scabbard, but I cobbled one up from some leather and a reproduction Civil War bayonet-scabbard chape that I'll be happy to throw in if you want it.
The measurements correspond more or less exactly with those on A&A's site, and pretty closely with those in the review:
OL: 34.75"
BL: 29"
POB: ~2.5"
Grip: 3"
$350 shipped in the continental U.S.; shipping will be extra elsewhere. I prefer money orders or personal checks, but will consider PayPal. I'll ship when payment clears into my bank account (so one or two days after deposit for money orders and checks, and four days after transfer for PayPal).
Pictures follow; I have more available. I apologize for the mediocre photography.
