"Incorporated" would be the most accurate answer--you probably already know that the title to what remained of the Burgundian lands fell to Prince Maximilian, who later became the Holy Roman Emperor. The companies of the Burgundian Ordonnance were integrated into the organizational structure of the Imperial forces, and there is some evidence that many Imperial mounted outfits were reorganized along Ordonnance lines. Landsknechts came from a separate line of development, although eventually they did replace the Ordonnance infantry--which was never very numerous in the first place. Certainly nothing like the numbers Maximilian or Charles V needed to handle the numerous trouble-spots in their empires.
