Hey Nathan,

Do you think that maybe more reviews could be gradually added over time. I was thinking something more along the lines of custom work.

My other idea was perhaps there could be a section with basic plans/diagrams for making wooden swords and shields. I dont know if this could work but i thought it could be useful. I know it would be for me because I am not only acting in my school's spring play, Julius Ceaser, but i am also scripting all the combat scenes as well as being in charge of procurring/creating the weapons/armour needed.

I doubt any of this stuff will work out but i just thought i would throw it out there

I've no idea what you're asking. We're constantly adding reviews to the site. More will be added, too. Please see our History of Updates to see how many have been added and when.

That's a bit off-target to our mission as a "Resource for Historic Arms and Armour Collectors". We just introduced a new series called "The Workbench". Maybe "Making a Wooden Training Weapon" would be a good installment to that series. We'd need an author to step up, however, to get it on the site. Training weapons are likely the only wooden weapons that are on-topic to the site and only a secondary manner. But still, its' a good idea for a Workbench article.

yes well training weapons are pretty much what we use. i just wanted to throw that out there.

I had a question though Nathan, why are there no eastern weapons on this site?

Easy: No maker has offered any as loaners. No members have stepped up to author a review about their own weapons.
