... that's a very nice review, recently posted on the myArmoury.com site....
Is it just me, or is that sword astonishingly close to the ones that Christian Tobler and his sparring partner were using in 'Secrets of German Medievel Swordsmanship'?

The DT5140 is the sword that Christian and Ben used in "Secrets."

That's what I thought. The photographs in the book sort of made the swords look like they were triple-fullered toward the cross, though I just now figured out that it's the ricasso.

The 2143 has the triple fuller through the ricasso. I have one and it's a very vice sword. There's not much difference in handling between these two blades. I did cut my guard down because for me it was too long.
