Site fees: It's free!

Food: Breakfasts will be provided. Everyone needs to bring finger
foods such as cheeses, jerky, hard salami, summer sausage that type
of thing and fruits for a communal lunch. For dinner Saturday night
you will need to bring your own meat. We will have side dishes and
will provide a fire, grills, etc for you. Everyone needs to provide
their own feastware. I am checking to see if there is a grocery store
close to the venue and will post this information as soon as I have
it.

Beverages: Everyone needs to bring water and/or Gatorade for communal
use. For those wishing to have sodas and adult beverages you will
need to bring your own. Please note that no alcohol is permitted
until all weapons are put away for the night. This will be strictly
enforced with violators asked to leave the event immediately.

Facility: We will have access to the castle. There are port-a-
potties. I am going to go with advising everyone to make sure that
they bring bug spray as we will be camping next to a river. There
will be a period encampment as well as a plastic encampment.

Plans: We will be having an RTT present for training sessions. There
will be textile and crafts demonstrated as well, ie weaving,
spinning, leather work, woodworking, etc.

well we have full run of the castle for 3 days and we will be
doing Viking NA combat training and we will have a RTT also who can
do assessments. We also will be doing crafts and textile work and
general fellowship. We havent yet figured all the details but we will
be letting everyone know as soon as we settle on a schedule. Our main
aim in this event is to get as many people of a like mind with the

Chuck,
Thanks for the info. For those that aren't familiar, Loveland is a northern suburb of Cincinnati.

Greetings all:

The time has come for final counts for the event. Below is a
registration form. If you plan to attend the event please fill it
out and return to ragna@avikingwife.com on or before July 31,
2006. A final count and registration is necessary to be submitted
for insurance reasons.

The who's, what's, when's and where's are here:
http://www.theeinherjarlsg.com/ as well as some more tidbits below.

Grocery Store: There is a Meijer's as well as a WalMart Super
Store on the way to the castle, maybe 15-20 minutes before you reach
your destination.

Public: There will be Boy Scouts at the castle on Friday night and
a wedding reception on Saturday, so there will be some public
about.

Parking: The number in attendance will dictate the parking. If we
have as many come as have voiced interest to this point, we will be
setting up a drop off gear and then park at Meijer's down the road
and be shuttled back to the castle. I hope this is the case! If
not, we will be directly parking per the facilities direction and
availability.

Thanks! And looking forward to seeing you all there!

Ragna
