Hello all. I am looking for information on the sword type called a COUSTILLE.
I know that Windlass market such a sword;

Does anyone know if this is based on a real example of such a sword type?
Anyone got pictures of real examples?

I also read that soldiers refered to as "coustilliers" were in the French army at Agincourt and the book suggested they were mounted, albeit lightly armoured.
Reference; Agincourt 1415 by Matthew Bennett; Osprey Publishing; ISBN 1-85532-132-7

Does anyone know more about these coustilliers?
How were they armed and armoured?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
