This listing is marked SOLD and is no longer available
Since my sword’s grip and I cannot seem to live comfortably together, I am putting it up for sale or trade. It is an Albion Next Generation Gaddhjalt with what was their red grip. I say "was" because it has since "matured" to a darker oxblood color. The sword has been cut with but is still in good shape. It will be shipped in the Albion white box in which it was shipped to me.
Price: $580 + $20 shipping to the CONUS. (This is firm.)
If purchasing via mail, I will accept check (held until cleared) or money order. Also note: since I am unfamiliar with the laws of other countries I prefer to sell the sword within the States. Sorry.
If you would like to purchase this sword in person, then the shipping cost will not be taken into account. However, in person I will only take cash or a money order.
As far as trades, I am willing to entertain the idea of most higher-end makers’ swords that do not have risers in the grip or "Brazil nut" pommels. I may even be willing to trade up to a more expensive model.
Please send me a personal message if you are interested. Thank you.

Since my sword's stats differ slightly from Albion's posted ones, I thought I'd share them.
Overall Length: 41"
Blade Length: 34 and 1/2"
Blade Width (base): 1 and 15/16"
Blade Width (1" from tip): 11/16"
Guard Width: 7 and 5/8"
COP: roughly 29" from blade base
COB: 6 and 1/2" from guard
The maintenance on the blade has been done with a piece of fine synthetic "steel" wool. On the guard and pommel I have used medium synthetic "steel" wool.
There are no chips or dents in the blade. Most cutting has been done on cardboard and water-filled plastic bottles. No plywood has been cut. Attachment: 88.58 KB

Because I have found a new sword I would like to purchase, I am now a little more willing to deal on the price of my Gaddhjalt. The new price is $550 + shipping.
Also, email may be the best way to contact me now. If you send a PM and do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please email me. That goes for anyone who may have PM'd me in the past and not recieved an answer too. My email address in josephthedestroyer[at]yahoo.com. Please mention "sword" or "Gaddhjalt" in the topic if you do shoot me an email.
And I would like to mention once again that the sword is in tip-top shape. The hilt-components do not show any sign of wear and it is extremely hard to tell the sword has ever been cut with. It really hasn't been used that much do to the fact that I do not find it very ergonomic (for me).
Thanks for looking! :cool:Hosea 4:6a
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
