Just wondering who is going and who needs a VIP pass? I have a few here that I can send out... First come First Serve.
I really hope to see a bunch of you again this year.

Hi Mike,
My wife and I will be going again this year. A pass would be great!
Please let me know if you need any info.
Thanks and I will see you there!
Rob
I didn't know she was an Otter Princess when I married her! Although, her small, laughing eyes and love of shellfish should have betrayed her true nature to me.

Mike,
If you are referring to the Atlanta Blade Show, I do have a request of another kind if possible. I am seriously looking at buying a Bayeux. I don't know what stock ya'll are planing to bring down, but I would really love to be able to handle one in person before I commit the funds. I don't know if it's possible, but it would be awsome to get my hands on one before I spent the cash. Either way, I look forward to seeing you guys.
Jonathan.

Atlanta, GA June 16th - 18th. It is always a great time if you can make it.

2 passes on the way down to you Rob.

No problem. We have one down there we are planning on taking. The grip isn't wrapped yet - we were thinking on light brown - but do you have a color you would like to see?
Also do you need a VIP pass at all?

I'll be there of course. This time though I'm staying far away from Albion's table so I won't be tempted again...
Yeah right!
See you guys there.

Russ,
Will you be bringing any examples of your work? I would be very interested in seeing some of your scabbards firsthand.

Hey David,
The answer is... I don't know... For a few reasons... First at that point I have no idea what I might actually have on hand. Hopefully everything I've got currently will be done and shipped by then and I don't know what projects I'll have to be worked on or what state they will be in at that point.
Second I'm not renting a table and its sort of bad form to be hauling your own stuff around at the show when you didn't pony up the money for the fees you know?
Third a couple of years ago I brought some stuff from Castlekeep that I was hoping Mr. Evans could take a peek at and it caused a small group to gather in front of Mr. Evan's table just to look at it and that sort of thing. It got to be sort of a problem with people blocking Mr. Evans table and the tables next to his. Both Mr. Evans and his wife have been incredibly nice to me over the years and I was absolutely mortified to be causing a problem at their table. I'm not saying there would be a crowd gathering to see my scabbards or anything just that I don't want to be in anyone's way. If I happen to have something done I may bring it and leave it in the car so if someone really wants to see it we can wander out there and have a quick look how about that?

Russ Ellis - Bring your Svante Scabbard. Or didn't you get around to making a scabbard for yourself?
I will be there this year. Don't leave without talking to me. We have some unfinished business. eh eh eh
I think I still have your number. Just bring your cell phone with you.
PMing details.
Michael Sigman - Thanks for all your help. I LOVE my Svante. I can't seem to put it down. Damn sword crack cocaine.

Understood. I didn't know if you had a table at the show or not, and I certainly wouldn't want to see you hauled away by the convention authorities.
That said, I wouldn't mind running to the car to see anything that you may happen to have with you. I have a Count on the way from Albion that will be needing a scabbard soon so I was planning to contact you in the next few months anyway. In any event it would be nice to meet you and maybe work out a deal for a scabbard commission or two. I'll be the guy being dragged away from the Albion booth by his wife.

Lol... a scabbard for... myself? I see the words on the screen and yet they have no meaning ... I have exactly zero scabbards for my own stuff... well except for that new rondel... which I didn't make the sheath for...

I may be able to get up to the show this year. If so, I look forward to being able to meet as many of you gents and ladies as possible. I have learned and am learning a great deal from those of you on this site and am very grateful to you all. I would be nice to be able to put some faces to names.
