Have you ever considered making armour or getting an armour making apprentice? Sorry if this is a stupid question, its just I (my 2 cents worth) think it would be neat to have armour made by you or apprentice associated with you. Anyway, it would expand your range of customers (including myself). But again this is only my 2 cents worth. Thanks.

Hi Francois
No sir, I never considered it. I think branching out to much spreads a little guy like myself too thin.
Frankly, I feel I make a good sword for the price charged, but I'm not truly satisfied with "where I'm at". Every year that goes by in this, I'm amazed at how much I've learned. I'm not the same swordmaker I was even just two years ago. I want to continue growing and learning as a swordmaker, and I want to continue to learn how to apply what I've learned to my product,
As such, doing something like making armor would slow down my learning process........

Yes, butter scraped over too much bread Gus. Would be nice, but it would consume much more of your already demanded time.
How can there be a perfect sword when PEOPLE come in all shapes and sizes too?
