I am not aware of any type of sword specific to the jewish population at any period. The sicarii of the Jewish War may have favored a curved dagger, but that is about it. So for swords, the ones in likely use would have been Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, and early Islamic ones. Generally, these would be straight, double-edged weapons, either short or of moderate length; although the Byzantines did have the curved parmenion.
