Mac,
Ye' know, I'm not sure whether to thank you or smack you twixt the horns. I love the items you bring to our attention, but I'm rapidly running out of perseverance against spending any money for the moment in my desire to own a few of these wonderful works. Probably a good thing I can't make the Las Vegas show this year. Wink Vince appears to be one of those lucky few who can't seem to ever do a project wrong - beautiful work on that sword, as always. Wish I could see it in person <big sigh>.

Be well and blessed in the new year,

Greg

Very nice, indeed. Vince continues to amaze.

I'll be at the Vegas Show, though not until Saturday. Vince has something for me there.

Anyone else going?

Mr. Evans' work continues to amaze me. I would be curious to know how many hours he has invested in this beauty. It is clear that those hours were very well spent.

Vince added these new shots to his Picturetrail site!

Just a beautiful pattern on this blade, and the scabbard looks pretty darn wonderful too !

That's gorgeous; the details look perfect and the colors feel so natural. I really love the photos I see of Vince Evans's work; I should try to make the next blade show that he'll be exhibiting at to see some of this stuff first-hand.
[EDIT]: ...which appears to be Feb. 10-12 in Las Vegas. Ouch, not likely. Well, sometime in the future I *will* own a piece by Vince Evans. Oops, I mean "see" a piece by Vince Evans. Ought to hold off on promises to buy until I've got a job... Wink

Wow! I wish I had something more intelligent to say, but whenever I see Vince's work, I feel a combination of awe, inspiration and unworthiness Big Grin . The level of artistry that Vince brings to his craft is truly inspired. What a gift!
