Back in January I ordered a helmet from Medieval Reproductions, a company owned and operated by Peter Fuller. I received the helmet a couple of days ago. I won't go into much detail about the helmet itself as I don't want to scoop myself but I will make a few comments about the company and our dealings.
Peter was up front about a timeline on delivery and was very communicative when he did start the project. I was given update photos on the helmets progress which is something I wish more craftsman could do. I received the helmet right on schedule and inspite of the P.O.'s and Customs best efforts it arrived intact.
The helmet is of outstanding quality and I'm am very pleased with it. I will do business with Medieval Reproductions again at the soonest opportunity. Peter Fuller and company have my strongest recommendation.

The few pieces I have seen are quite nice.
Mr. Fuller posts outright on his site that he has a backlog, an estimate to how long it is, and states he will communicate a more definitive one in discussing the order. There are some other disclaimers you have to agree to even to get access to his site. He takes his business VERY seriously, and has a strong reputation for it.
One of these days, I'll give him some business as well, and I look forward to that day... and the day a few months later when I get my prize!
Looking forward to your more detailed impressions, Patrick!

Yes, he was up front about everything before I even made the order official. I really appreciate this from a craftsman. The fact that he actually stuck to his timeline and met the expectation he himself set is even better.

I've always lusted after Peter Fuller's armour. Good choice, Patrick!

Thanks Bill!
Before this I'd heard next to nothing about Peter or his company. All I had to go on was their nice website (which is a good hint to those companies without one). I took a chance and am certainly glad that I did.
I was watching television tonight with my helmet on!
