Medieval Reproductions: www.medievalrepro.com
I'm currently awaiting delivery on my viking helm which is enroute as I type this. If the photos Peter Fuller sent me are any indication I'm going to be extremely pleased.
Since they're based in Canada this is also one of the few remaining instances where the monetary exchange works for us Yanks!

Here's another possibility:
Scott Martin - Illusion Armoring www.illusionarmoring.com
Lists on his site at $495 ($745 stainless), and he is very willing to add roping or accents, fancy rivets, period latches, etc. (for an additional cost, of course).
Though I am sure you want a punched visor rather than a barred one, he doesn't have any additional photos. To illustrate better his work, I have put some additional pics in of one with a barred visor - the rest of the helm would be the same.
I hope to be able to give you a first-hand impression of his work in a couple of months - he's hammering out my 16th C. harness at this moment.

Sean;
Check out Albion's Moat Sale, they have one that is CHEAP! (Price wise that is.) Also look at their "Mercenary's Tailor" line, there's a nifty casquatel that Allan Senefelder bashes out.
I noticed that Valentine Armoury is now offering a three-combed burgonet now, too, plus some other nifty helms! I don't have the url's handy, since I'm not on my own computer, but you should have all of these bookmarked anyway, LOL! I do believe, however, that they are all in the "links" section here on myArmoury.com.
Good luck!
Cheers,
Gordon

You've seen the 'so-so' ones from MRL right? I think they 'might' look decent if you took the buff off. And I know you modify stuff anyway.
