David Schlueter, of Odd Frog Forge, who polished and mounted my Odinblades katana, just send me an email telling me that my sword is on page 54 of Blade Magazine, July issue.
I've had this sword for 6 months now, and after recieving it, and sending a few emails to David with a few questions and my thanking him over and over again for his fantastic work, I haven't spoken with him for 6 months. To recieve an email like this, is service above and beyond what is required IMO.
It is very good to know that there are still people like David, people that know customers value good service.
