I'd like to put out some feelers to see if there would be any interest in having an Albion Roundtable at my place.
Liberal Kansas is a fair stretch for anyone driving wise, but I'd be willing to host one some time this summer if people are willing to make the trip.
Thoughts?
Final call for anyone interested.

I don't have any high-end swords to share with everyone (yet!) but I'd certainly be willing to come out and visit! Maybe get to meet some fellow forumites!

If you can set this up for a weekend I will certainly try to be there, and I would gladly bring along as many of my own cutters as I can fit into my car.

You'd be paying for transpo costs, right? Since that's settled I'll be there
Seriously, though, these things are really fun and very much worth it if you are within even a 2-state range.
I doubt that Ptrick could get an "official" pack of swords and material from Albion by Saturday though, but he has what 4? 5? NextGens on his own, at least.....

I would make the trip if it was on a weekend and with enough warning.

It would definetly be on a weekend. Late June or early July is what I'm thinking. If we get enough interest we can discuss dates.

Patrick-
Although it's probably too far for me to travel, I'd sure love to see this work out for you! Looks like there are a few interested folks already! Your knowledge and passion, I know it'd be a hell of an event.

I hope it works out for you! I'm hoping someone in New England would be interested enough to get one of these things together...I'd love to meet people interested in this hobby and experience a bunch of Albion's swords. Kansas is a bit far for my old car, but if i could find some ruby slippers and click the heels three times.....

Any more interest in putting this together? Looks like it would probably be sometime in July at this point.

Patrick -
I am still interested in attending! (And I should have an AT1520 by then!)

I think we're going to have to call this one a non-event guys due to a lack of interest.
