On the off-chance that somebody still reads here...

I have noticed something strange: old messages seem to randomly disappear. For example in this topic:
Sword Balance: What to Read

My top post, but also two of the answers (one by me and one by another member) are not displayed any longer. I'm pretty sure this is recent behaviour, i.e. they were still there a week ago. The first few lines still show up in searches - but not when you display the full post.

I was just trying to see how many of the links therein were invalid and lost to time, and now it seems the post itself is getting lost to time
