Total shot in the dark here...

Does anybody know where I can find some examples of Mamluk (or Ottoman) daggers in the 15th century? I can find 15th century swords, and 16th century daggers but nothing for 15th century daggers.

Thanks!

By this time Turkish and Persian arms were pretty similar. I'd start with Manouchehr's book. It is the definitive work on Persian arms.

The price looks pretty good if anyone wants a copy. It is now significantly cheaper than when it was first released.

Thanks Dan! I think maybe I should also just have a general look at Persian daggers in the 15th century. The book is expensive, but I'll certainly think about getting a copy.

It was 300 Euros when first released. 90 is a bargain - especially for this calibre of book..

The Persian idea already is bearing fruit. I was digging around and found a beauty from the Wallace collection: https://www.wallacecollection.org/blog/december-treasure-of-the-month-2019/

I'd really like to search online through the imperial treasury at the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul but apparently they don't have such a thing! But if somebody knows of other museums worth searching, please let me know!
