Does anyone have any information or resources regarding the sorts of weapons used by the various Indian subcontinent kingdoms in the 300s BC - 100 BC?

I'm working on a historical fantasy book set in the late Hellenistic era that takes place in part in the subcontinent, and I have found no resources or information about weapons or armor used at that time in the subcontinent.

Thanks.

Have you read the chapter on India in Philip de Souza (ed.), War in the Ancient World? Also the best known ancient texts like Diodorus and Strabo and the Arthaśāstra attributed to Kautilya.

John Lynn's Battle also has half a chapter on Iron Age Indian warfare, but he is not a specialist like the people who wrote chapters for de Souza's book.

I've read Diodorus and am superficially familiar with Strabo's work, though I haven't read it in careful detail. I'll look into Philip de Souza's work as well.

Thanks for the suggestion.
