Hey all,
I have a WWII Japaneses Officers Shin Gunto (the kind commonly referred to as marine landing swords-whether right or not) and I was wondering where I might find an accurate price scheme for it.
I know that the nakago says "Kane Mune" the dates 1945 and it bears the chimata (armoury?) mark, but what the heck are these going for now and days? I understand that conditions vary, but in a rough ball park for one in "good" condition........
If anyone can point me in the right direction for info; I would be as happy as a frenchman who had thought his bagette had been caught in his bicycle spokes, but then realized it was just a stray branch...
The pen is mightier than the sword, especially since it can get past security and be stabbed it into a jugular.
This site would be better if everytime I clicked submit... I got to hear a whip crack!
