Hi Mike! I use Illustrator on the desktop and Autodesk Graphic on the iPad (which is EXCELLENT) when I'm on the move.

Digging up this great thread...

As I was chatting with a pal of mine, knifemaker, extremely dubious about these geometric theories (as usual when you never experimented it yourself, I guess), we came to an interesting subject: what were the sword designers of the time using to draw their swords? They had no pens nor paper freely. Did they used chalk, for exemple? Or lead pencils? On which medium? Could it be suitable with the use of a compass?
