Depicting Oath of Sigismund III Vasa and Treaty of Bytom and Będzin.

Lands of Poland weren't exactly known from polearms, so it's an interesting find.

Does anyone know examples of such 'bearded' glaives/couses?

Is there a possibility that it could actually be a war-scythe? From what I understand those were common weapons in that general area (can't say whether they were more a Polish thing or Hungarian, though).
