I am looking for good patterns for 14th and 15th century turnshoes.
Does anyone have any they can recommend?
Cheers,
Tomás

I'm not sure if anyone in this forum have turnshoes so that they can recommend you which pattern, Tomás.
I, however, don't have those kind of shoes.

Hi Tomas,
I would recommend a "usual suspect" - Shoes and Pattens, published by the Museum of London. It does not have patterns as such, but lots of very good drawings, photographs and information on details (stitching, sole construction, etc.). With a little experimentation you could develop one for yourself (I have worked with some heavy canvas and once comfortable with the result, transferred it to leather).
It covers period up to mid-15th century, so you´d probably find what you need.
