Fluting, Phrygian, or raising the height of the bowl will all raise the price, but might also make a better replication of what's seen in art. Some might be willing and able to pay the extra cash, while others can't or won't. Good work, at any rate.

Hi all,

One of my favourite sayings is 'a professional job for a professional price.'. I'm very aware of how a longer process, and indeed more processes, increase cost. Armour is probably one of the worst culprits in that area! Oooh, lets add some etching, and a sunken band (which has to be gilded of course....) and that really means that the tab leather should be covered in decent fabric....which needs the eyelets worked in metallic thread...

Ohh, How much?
