Hi all

Just a friendly warning that there is an ebayer currently going by the name of 95598222 who has been selling Albion swords using fraudulent listing practices. I have watched this guy repeatedly use shill bidding to artificially inflate the price of his swords and in cases where they haven't reached the value he wants he has simply de-listed and re-listed the item before the auction ends so as to avoid selling it for the market price. Do not deal with this person. I have reported his activities to ebay on several occasions and he has had other accounts cancelled, but just keeps coming up with new ones, all with numerical user names.

Basically, if you see someone listing Albion swords based in Brighton East, VIC, Australia I would advise that you don't deal with them. I hate to have to bring this to everyone's attention, but ebay doesn't seem to be able to do much about his activities. He currently has an auction for the Albion Munich running, and has re-listed it once already before the auction ended and has also clearly been shill bidding on it to drive the price up.

This seller's actions have been followed in some detail over at SBG: https://sbg-sword-forum.forums.net/thread/43947/albion-munich-edit-regent-australia

Dave did get his Regent, after it was first sold, and then the seller refused to accept PayPal for payment, which is against eBay policy. He's been reported to eBay by many people.
