Note: first two lines of lamelar skirts is cover up with pterug's (this is a leather strips that decorate the armour) , is that a problem or its not a big deal?

Historical lamellar will typically overlap the other way. Lower rows will be on the outside of the upper rows. Your photos look like the rows are laced together fairly tightly, without much overlap - I don't think it makes much difference in this case.
