Well first of all I want to apologize for my lapse in participating in this forum but I struggled through the winter with failing projects and bitter, bitter cold. And honestly... I'm working on more detailed projects and have simply not been finishing as much lately.

But here are some things I'm up to:

A project for ME! A longsword for myself for use in cut and thrust sparring. It will have iron guard, iron scent stopper pommel and Lake Superior diver-salvaged black oak grip. A gift to myself:

A pattern-welded pilum with a bit of my own 'twist' on the weapon:

A migration sword with mono-steel blade:

A sword project for a member of this forum.. and the fourth attempt! This one looks good.

A 'Bog Spear' in progress... a fully mounted light weight throwing spear based on early Germanic bog-finds. And maybe a bit of mythology/legend thrown in. This is non-commissioned and will be available soon.

A sword-staff!

And lastly.. a small Saami style knife which is currently available by the way:

Well thanks for looking and sorry for this barrage of images. I feel like I'm waking up from hibernation....

Very nice work Scott, especially the migration period sword.

that pattern welded blade looks like something that grew off of the tree of knowledge.

as always your work is so recognizable.

Thanks for the responses fellows!

I've actually changed direction on the pilum.. I decided to forge a socket into it and go with Germanic angon instead...
