When I visited Europe I noticed a lot of places had human statues that people could take pictures of. (they have the same thing in the States) Often they were in front of historical buildings, and it appeared to me to sometimes be incongruous. For example, Batman would be standing in front of the Paleis op de Dam. I always thought it would be more appropriate and interesting if one was dressed as a member of the Amsterdam City Guard, or at least something historical. What I am wondering, is if anyone has actually done this in armour/period dress?

A Batman human statue in Amsterdam, Holland. An elderly man watches from his car.
It would be great to take photos with him. Wink
