New Item
The newest item from our shop is the #242 Norseman Spear. The long tapering blade of this 10th Century Type M Norse spear leaves no doubt why such kennings as flying dragon of wounds, moving thorn of valkyrie and corpse-serpent came to be in the sagas. This stout fighting spear comes mounted on an ash haft.
If your first voyage of the new year has proved fruitful why not invest in a new spear!

Very elegant looking spear.
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!

It's very nice Craig. You guys make it hard for me to know which direction to pursue first!
Does this mean you are retiring the Viking Spear? The link to that one on the home page takes me to the Frederich IV spear now.
Thanks,

As Jean said....Very elegant. A truly regal fighting weapon. Any chance you guys would ever offer your pole-arms and axes un-mounted....just the head? I live amongst a sea of dead-straight elm trees....a haft is NO problem.

Hi Mark
If you scroll to the bottom of the page the head only price is listed. If you send us your address we can quote you an overseas shipment for just the head. We strive to find the most economical and reliable source for each country.
Best

Thank you for the catch on that. Problem of doing the adjustment on three different computers over time.
To answer your query yes the old Viking Spear is not available anymore. We are happy to do custom shapes as need though
Best
