I've seen some examples of bronze age tongue style chapes (from the musee de l'arme? I'm not sure) as well as a beautiful Carp's tongue sword with scabbard from said museum. Does anyone have good pictures of bronze age chapes in either the tongue or later winged/flared styles? I've already looked through a number of links here:

and I'm wondering if anyone has more? The British museum has some, but the photos are small, and detail isn't great…
Living in the US makes taking a jaunt to the local history/arms museum difficult.
